The Hounslow Wellbeing Network is a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing mental and physical wellbeing for all. We connect people, organisations, and services to create a supportive environment where individuals can embark on journeys of personal recovery and combat challenges such as social isolation, loneliness, depression, and anxiety. Co-produced and co-designed by Hounslow residents, our network comprises local people, friends, families, carers, and professionals living and working in the borough. We are committed to reducing stigma around mental illness and improving the health and well-being of our local residents.
The wide range of events we organise is shown further down this page with dates, times and locations. Getting involved is easy and fulfilling! There are three ways to join the Hounslow Wellbeing Network:
Just walk in to the Arts Centre and register yourself as a member for free. This can be at an event or at any other time.
