Evening Access

If you are attending an evening performance at the Arts Centre please take note of the following information!


The Treaty Centre (where we are located) shuts at 6pm so as you are attending an evening performance you will need to take note of the following instructions.


If you are attending via car: Please enter the Treaty Centre Carpark and park on level 3B. Head towards the entrance to the Treaty Centre which is opposite the covered end of the car park.
There will be another door to the left of the entrance which will have a volunteer and a set of stairs leading down into the theatre. Follow the stairs and then head across the theatre to our box office.

If you are entering from the street: Go to the High Street. Head to the entrance of the Treaty Centre which lies between Cafe Nero and Holland and Barrett. Head to the large glass doors and turn right, you should see a large metal gate in front of you. Push the button to your left and let the staff member know you are going to the Arts Centre.

Walk straight ahead and turn right to locate the two large red double doors. Press the buzzer to be given access through these doors and head up the stairs to the first floor. Enter through the doors and you should be able to see the box office straight ahead of you.

If you are attending via car: The Treaty Centre carpark will remain open for all evening performances. If you are attending a class/workshop please check with our staff if the carpark will be open.

Step-free Access

If you are someone that relies on step-free access or are attending with someone who does, then please give us a call on 02079479263 to let us know your needs and how you will be arriving.

To access the building please see below.

Via Car: Please enter the Treaty Centre Carpark ramp and continue up to service yard ONE where you can drop off your party before returning to level 3B to park your car. Your party can continue through the loading bay to the backstage door. Call us when you are in the service yard and we will come and collect you.

If you are entering from the street: Go to the High Street. Head to the entrance of the Treaty Centre which lies between Cafe Nero and Holland and Barrett. Head to the large glass doors and turn right, you should see a large metal gate in front of you. Push the button to your left and let the staff member know you are going to the Arts Centre. Go straight ahead through the gate once it is opened.

There are then the service lifts located on your left. Please approach the lifts located and call us to let you know you have arrived and are waiting to use the lifts. One of our staff will come and assist you and bring you through the stage door.

Inclusive Access

To book access tickets or inform the theatre of any access needs you have please email hello@theatremanagement.co.uk

One complimentary Personal Assistant ticket is available to the person who accompanies someone with access needs. We define a Personal Assistant as someone you require to facilitate your visit to The Arts Centre Hounslow and without whom you would be unable to attend.

The Arts Centre Hounslow is proud to be a welcoming and inclusive venue, greeting everyone who visits as equal. The auditorium is accessible without any steps once you are in the centre but is a flexible creative space and the seating configuration may change for different events; our staff are happy to help and will aim to fulfil any specific access seating requirements if available.

The theatre has a bar with seating area for audience members to enjoy pre-show and during the interval; please let staff know if you would like to preorder any refreshments. The theatre has a step-free accessible disabled bathroom.

We are a dog-friendly building and assistance dogs are welcome in the theatre. We can look after your service dog during the performance, please inform us in advance.
